As a consignor at Wrinkled, you will receive 40% of the selling price for your items and will get paid on the first day of every month by e-transfer!

New consignors are by appointment only.

Check Your Items Before Bringing Them ↓

- Check your items for holes and stains! Most common stains we find are around the collar, sleeves, crotch area, and arm pits.
- Wipe down all shoes, wallets, purses, hats, or any other accessories you have.
- De-pill and lint roll any animal hair or fuzz off your items.
→ We reserve the right to charge a minimum $3 cleaning fee/ repair fee per item

*If you have consigned with us previously, you do not need another appointment to drop off. Existing consignors will be charged $25 cancellation fee if another appointment is booked*

All new consigners will be charged a one time fee of $25 at your drop-off appointment. This covers your account set up and online portal which allows you to track your items and payouts.

When does my consignment term start?

Your consignment term will start as soon as your items have been processed! This can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on the season.

Wrinkled’s consignment period is 90 days, which may be reduced or extended at Wrinkled’s discretion.

How will you price my items?

We research every item and find out the original sale price, if it went on sale, what the current resale value is among the resale community, the condition, and how current the style is. Wrinkled sets all pricing for every item.

What if I cannot pick up my unsold items during the 7 day time frame?

Once you will receive an email that states your items are ready to pick up, please call us or email us to extend your pick-up timeframe! We are always happy to work around your schedule, we just need a heads up first.

How do you choose which of my items will go on your website?

We receive a large amount of items everyday and we are unable to put every item online. Our selection process is based upon the condition, style, resale value, and how much information we can find out about the item.

How long until I can view my items on my account?

We are currently taking around 2 weeks time to process items. Once your items have been processed, you will receive an email notification that your items are now added to your account portal.

If you drop off a small amount of items (1-2) we typically will process them that same day. Any large amounts of drop-offs (35 and up) may be processed over the span of 2 days.

My portal account has fees on it, what are these fees for?

Our most common types of fees:

1. New consigner fee. Every new consigner is subject to a one-time $25 consignment fee when their account gets set up.

2. Laundry fee. There is a minimum $3/item fee for laundering any items that have not been washed.

3. Accessory cleaning fee. There is a minimum $3/item fee for cleaning shoes, purses, wallets, and hats.

4. Lint roll/ De-pilling fee. There is a minimum $3 fee per item needing these.

5. Sewing fee. There is a minimum $3 fee for repairing any items that come to us damaged.

To avoid any cleaning fees, please ensure all items are free of any stains and odours, pet hair, lint, and check all buttons, zippers, seams and hems for anything needing repairs.

Does Wrinkled Donate or Return Items?

The option is yours! You will fill out our Terms & Conditions Form which will give you the option to donate or return any unsold items.
